Casandra Hicks Autry was born and raised in Harlem, New York.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.  While at Cornell she was the recipient of the Cornell Tradition Fellowship which is awarded to fellows on the basis of their scholastic achievement, community service and employment.


Dr. Autry attended medical school at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine at the City University of New York.  While studying at
Mt. Sinai, her research was twice published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She was also a mentor in the Mt. Sinai Scholars Program and a member of the Students for Equal Opportunity in Medicine.

Dr. Autry received her medical training at the New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.  While training at the New York Medical College, she was selected as the Executive Chief Resident of the program for the year 1999.  She was also selected Resident of the Year for the years 1998 and 1999 in acknowledgement of her outstanding performance in all aspects of patient care.  She received the Humanism Award in 1997, awarded each year to the Resident who has demonstrated an outstanding level of warmth and compassion in patient care.  She received the Resident Teaching Award in the years 1998 and 1999 from the students of the New York Medical College in appreciation of her effective teaching skills and dedication to their education in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She has been elected a member of the Martin L. Stone Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of the New York Medical College.  She has also received an award honoring her for Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures from the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists in 1999.

Dr. Autry was presented with the Medical Achievement Award from the Central Jersey Club of the National Association of Negro Business Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc.  In addition, a Joint Legislative Resolution was passed by the State of New Jersey Senate and General Assembly recognizing Dr. Autry’s exemplary endeavors in the medical field in 2003.

Dr. Autry is a Board Certified physician and Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and has been practicing in the Monmouth County area since 1999.





Kimberly Staton Baldwin was born and raised in the Northern New Jersey area.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where she excelled academically.  While at Rutgers she maintained Dean’s list stature, received various awards as both an Inroads and Carr Scholar and was inducted into numerous societies including: the Cap and Skull Society and the Rho Chi Honor Society. 

While at Rutgers, she also served as President of the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society and received the Rutgers College of Pharmacy highest award in years, 1991, 1992 and 1993.

Dr. Baldwin attended The University of Michigan Medical School, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on a full Dean’s Merit Scholarship.  While in Ann Arbor she served as the Vice President, Community Chair, and Community Service Chair for the Student National Medical Association from 1993-1996.

Dr. Baldwin began her medical training at the Department of Surgery, St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York City, New York.  Thereafter, she commenced her initial residency with the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York City, New York.  Advancing into her passion and desire to provide first rate, quality medical service to women, in 1999, she joined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Brunswick New Jersey (UMDNJ).  During her tenure at UMDNJ she was awarded the Berlex Resident Teaching Award, for outstanding leadership and patient care.  She is also a member of the Quality Assurance Committee at
St. Peter’s University Hospital where she served dutifully administering quality patient care and compassion for all patients.  

In her most recent experience prior to joining the Woman to Woman team, Dr. Baldwin served as Faculty in the General Division of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey since 2003.  Since 2005 she has been a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Baldwin is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and continues to lend her expertise, care and compassion to various community service programs such as the Physician Shadow Program at St. Peters University Hospital and the Howard E. Lawson Memorial Fund of which she is a Board Member.  She recently received a commendation for participating in the scholarship fund raising event for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
